Hello and welcome to the rustic side of my elbow grease!
My nickname has been LB or Elbow and I am from Austin, TX, settled here in Laveen, AZ for now!
I began to love carpentry when I saw all the uses for my family, and getting a small business out of it is just a bonus.
I collect and repurpose reclaimed wood, mainly pallets, and give it my Rustic southern touch.
Woodworking and carpentry have become a passion and I put all my precision into it.
I take requests, especially for some memorable pieces, like custom cutting or charcuterie boards to picture frames and bed frames.
I can give you a quote, you can send me plans, or perhaps you just want to order from the collection.
Either way, give me a call or send me a message!
I am a self taught carpenter and handyman!
I put my precision and heart into every piece. I can tend to be a perfectionist, but it only means that I will do my best to make sure you get quality work. I am always working on something and building new inventory. I follow the seasons and trends, and always do my research. I have regular projects, or I can do custom-made hand-crafted arts you have in mind. I have slowly built up my collection of tools and tricks, and always willing to learn.
As I said before, I come from Austin, TX where rustic woodworking is a luxurious addition to any scene. I came here to Arizona to marry my wife, raise a legacy, and create a business I can take back home someday. My journey has not been easy. I fought alcoholism for over a decade and never felt like I was up to my potential. I felt like I was lost and owed something from this world because of not having a father to teach me what I so desperately needed. Becoming a father, though, has brought up in me something I never thought I had. Now I teach myself anything and everything my family needs from me. My son will never know the struggle of wondering what love is or lack of support for his dreams.
